Returns
RETURNS

We allow returns for any product if within 48 hours of receipt you notify us at returns@tidalbodywear.com that you have received a product that is damaged or has any other defect upon receipt.  All other returns are addressed on a discretionary basis.

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase, for all in stock items.  If your order is not in stock, we will notify you within that time frame and allow you elect to receive the first restock, usually within 2-3 weeks, or receive a refund of the purchase price.  Once shipped, you should your order within 2-3 business days for domestic orders within the United States.  International orders are shipped through UPS and we will provide the tracking number so that you may monitor your package.  

If you require express shipping, for receipt the next business day, additional charges apply.  You may select the express shipping option when checking out.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world covered by UPS.  We provide free shipping within the United States for orders over $50.  Applicable shipping rate apply outside of the United States.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please contact us within 48 hours by email at returns@tidalbodywear.com regarding any items that you receive that are damaged or defective upon receipt immediately.  Should you wish to request a discretionary return for any other reason, please send the reasons for your request and any other information we may need to address your request promptly.  In either case, once you have contacted us, we will provide you instructions on how to return an item under our policy.

 

What is your returns policy?

How do I track my order?

 

For domestic orders within the United States, you should receive your within 3-5 business days.  We will email you once your order has shipped.  If you have not received your order within that time frame, email us at orders@tidalbodywear.com.  For international orders, once your order has shipped, we provide you the UPS tracking number by email, which will allow you to track your order from our facilities to your address.

How can I receive product samples?

 

We do not often provide product samples, but it never hurts to ask!  If you have a social media account with over 100,000 followers or you have an event where you feel that you may be able to help us reach potential customers who have in interest in our brand, we encourage you to let us know.  Email us at marketing@tidalbodywear.com and please provide as much detail as possible when requesting samples.
